I so love irg they are always professional and they really do care about people getting into affordable housing they worked with me and still do to this day to make sure I'm happy w my property I was very happy to become a homeowner after being scammed outta $10000 in STL they really helped me a lot and I totally recommend them to anyone LOVE EM ALL

This organization gives those at an economic disadvantage (like we were) an opportunity to rent to own a home. We paid a very low monthly rent and we loved our little home. It was a fixer upper but it was livable when we occupied the home. Mike was so awesome to us. We were there for 9 years and didn't end up buying the home because our family increased and we needed something bigger. Great for those looking for a start, or for those who like to flip houses.

I don't normally share reviews but this needs to be said. I was dealing with this company for awhile and I will not mention the man who helped me name. We applied for a house, was supposed to move in and I found out from a person that someone else moved in. These people didn't even have the common sense to let me know and they have dodged our phone calls. Because I gave my current landlord a 30 day notice my family could have been left without a roof over our heads. I would like to say do your research and be very careful. Lesson learned but never the less I pray that God blesses this company and that they improve on their communication skills as well as their business skills. It's sad to say that but this company put my family at a stand still.

Sold my aunt a house with a roof falling in. Did not disclose that to her. Same house does not have running water. Didn't disclose that nor did they disclose the fact the kitchen floor is falling in. As is does not mean you don't disclose important facts.

Always a quick response to emails and call backs. The team there especially Tim. He will easily guide you thru just about anything and everything that is needed for a good home.
