I’ve been living here for six months, and overall, the experience has been amazing. The complex is quiet, friendly, and well-maintained. Chris, the maintenance technician, is quick, professional, and does excellent work. On Saturdays, having walking access to the fresh farmers market is definitely a highlight of my stay here!

I am a tenant here at Sunsweet and am really impressed with our property management team and how they handle issues and challenges. Adriana, is a pleasure to work with! She is really concerned and has a heart for tenants relations! I have never felt so informed about opportunities and events in the local community, especially those around the Sunsweet complex! This began for me when she arrived! She is very approachable and wants the best for those who live here! Great job!

I have been looking for a place that isn’t “just an apartment” then I found out that Adriana Rico had taken over as Property Manager at Sunsweet. I have not only had the pleasure of living in a complex managed by her where people are not “tenants” they are “residents” I also built a large complex as the General Contractor and she ultimately managed that property. She helped me close out the project so she could begin the lease up. I will say that in my 40 years of construction I’ve never met a more talented, versatile, capable, pleasant, articulate, funny, fun loving, professional individual. I will definitely be living with Adriana because she always makes where ever she is a home.

Lived here for a year. Our dryer was disconnected almost the entire time, letting all the hot air and unfiltered lint back into the unit. The humidity from this caused a mold problem that was reoccurring. They didn’t finally fix it until a few months before move out. Additionally, we began to see cockroaches appear randomly in our unit within the last two weeks of our lease. So disgusting. For a high priced luxury apartment, you’d expect proper pest control. We found 4 total. And no- this wasn’t due to a cleanliness issue. If you enjoy the sound of a blaring train in the early morning and late at night, this is the place for you!

My husband and I were very interested in these apartments for an upcoming move. Made an appointment for a tour at 11 AM on a Friday. We arrived on time and waited 30 minutes past our appointment time, but the leasing office was locked with no one inside. Calling the local number and the listed number on the website led to voicemail and a call center, but no one on site. A resident came by to ask where the management team was, but she ended up having to leave as well. Disappointed as the community seems so nice, and we were looking forward to the tour. Given how difficult it seems to speak with someone who works here to get information, I don't feel this would be a good move for us. Going to look elsewhere.
