The Lodge at Morgan Hill Apartments

Clean, Impressive amenities. Gracious people and I would be so happy to live there. Making application immediately!

I put in a work order for a repair a few days ago. I was promptly notified the order was received. Yesterday afternoon, our maintenance man (Daniel) quickly solved the problem! Both of our under-sink bathroom cabinet doors had come off their hinges. These are spring loaded hinges and when repeated use renders the screws loose, the hinges pop open… releasing the heavy fiber board doors… a slight design flaw, that! Daniel was his usual pleasant and efficient self… he had the doors back on and working fine before we knew he had even started the job! Thanks, Daniel!

My husband and I moved from the Lodge almost 8 months ago. Not a day passes that we do not miss living at the Lodge and the Manager, Par. Par went above and beyond and truly made us feel like valued residents. We relocated out of state due to needing an affordable 2x2. A huge shout out to Par and her staff.

As a tenant, they do an excellent job attending to any issues that come up in the complex especially with maintenance in the apartment. They resolve issues in a very timely manner. The team here at the lodge are always courteous and kind. The lodge is well maintained and clean.

I am writing an appreciation review for the Lodge of Morgan Hill's landlord "Par". She has assisted me in handling all my request for repairs , retrieving documents, and faxing important paperwork. She has always giving me a helping hand when needed. The Lodge would do well in having more employees like "Par".
