Sunshine Park

They are very friendly, courteous, respectful, and I have never had one single issue with the staff. They are prompt in taking care of things. Pay your rent, and if you can't, they give you ample opportunity to work with you, not my problem that people refuse to go and talk to management. They send plenty of notice, you on your door, in the mail, and all all you have to do is go in her office. I have not one bad thing to say about this place. I have been with this company for 13 years!

First off let your tenants speak second terrible place to try and work with to get moved in. Violates new oregon tenants laws by going off of credit asked for the impossible to prove things or refuses to take the proof that they ask for . You ask for third party proof for things you don't need third party proof for and then you make assumptions about someone's back ground and say they are part of the grouping of crimes against women when they are not. For fair housing you suck . Don't get me started on how rude your customer service representative is.

Well this has been a very long journey but seems like a was told there might have been a credit problem it seems to be resolved and it looks like we might have gotten thank you so much for getting back with us totally accept the apology and please accept my apology I just was really upset hurt our feelings a little bit know a whole bunch actually but it was a slight misunderstanding and we all go through that so thank you so much and looking forward to moving into our new apartment yay I'm hoping I'm understanding this right thank you guys for fighting for US Yay🙏🎨💛💯⛩️

Lived here since October 2022, and it’s great. Management and maintenance are always on top of things. Great community, and beautiful apartments.
