Sunset Vine Tower Apartments

Living at Sunset Vine Tower has been such a great decision. The high ceilings make the place feel super open, and I love the modern open floor plan—it’s spacious and really easy to make feel like home. The keyless entry is also such a lifesaver. The city view of Hollywood is absolutely phenomenal—crazy in the best way, especially at night. Being this close to Hollywood Blvd means there are tons of great spots to eat and hang out, and the location really can’t be beat. Despite being right in the middle of everything, I never hear my neighbors, which makes it surprisingly peaceful. Management is awesome—Oliver in particular has been super helpful and easy to work with. The front desk security is also great; they’re always friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall, I couldn’t be happier

I had such a great experience touring SVT! The property was spotless and beautifully maintained. Every apartment I toured had amazing views of Hollywood - truly breathtaking! A big thank you to Lizzet for being so friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the tour. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Oliver, was amazing and super welcoming. He recommended some quick bites in the area after my tour that were all walking distance. Lizzet and Oliver have been amazing! They were so welcoming and gave me a tour of this beautiful building I’m glad to call home! Lizzet was so patient and showed me everything and was willing to show me all available units without hesitation. Great building, beautiful unit, and great amenities. Love the area too! So glad the management here is just as great as the apartment itself because it’s not always common to have both great management and a great apartment lol!

I lived at Sunset Vine Tower for the past 5 years & honestly it’s what made LA feel like home for me. The apartments are beautiful! The lighting is incredible, the space is modern, and they have the best views in Hollywood. The location couldn’t be more convenient & everything you need is so close! What really makes this place special is the people. The management and staff have been incredible.. always so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They truly go above and beyond, and it made such a difference. Super helpful for someone like me who is always traveling, my space was always safe & anything I needed help with was only a phone call away. Leaving is definitely bittersweet. This building holds so many amazing memories and was such a big part of my LA chapter. I’ll really miss it an
