Sunset Townhome Apartments

I think I lived in it for 12 years ago and I'm living in it again today and I'm loving it and I've already made some friends so that's my experience at the sunset townhomes.

Been here for several years, plan to be here for several more! I love it for the most part. They do go through office staff often. They've had great staff, as well as some that have been very unprofessional, and difficult to deal with. Sometimes maintenance has not been timely. My only other complaint would be against some of the other residents. Not all of them are bad, some are excellent people. I am overall very happy with my experience living here.

Consistently and constantly hiring lawyers to go after wage garnishments and judgments against you even after they are 15 years old. They are absolutely relentless in wanting to get their money and will do anything they can do accomplish that task. I would not do any business with them and stay away from them as they will take money from your family, children if you are a single parent or make it hard for you to live if you are mounting in debt, going through a divorce with child support THEY DO NOT CARE about you. They just care about money.

Do not go here if you can!!!! Drama and very bad management!!! Wish I knew better before moving into this apartment 0stares!!!!!!!! Money money money beware!!!!! The lies go on and on… very scary what really goes on…

Granted this was 36 years ago...but we were extremely grateful for the income-based pricing, hardwood floors, central air, and, at that time, a super onsight supervisor! So - those of you who are whining - knock it off and make the place what you want it to be. 😎
