Skyview Apartments -

Stay away! Horrible conditions, first they show you a show room as your walk thru, then they gave me a room with walls all scratched up and drawn on (shown in pictures) and carpet that smelled like animal piss plus never received a mailbox key. When i complained about it Austin Robbins the manager never replied. Then when it came to move out day they charged me for all the repairs! Definitely a scam with scummy management!

DO NOT attempt to get an apartment here. It appears my friend isn't the only one to have this happen either - Austin told us there was an apartment available 2 bedroom. They said they didn't require a security deposit. Well... they required an 800 deposit "come to find out". Ok that was fine didn't mind the deposit. Well... the move in date was set deposit of 800 dollars paid. 3 days before the move in we're told "well sorry no apartment available anymore". Uhhhh lease was signed? Deposit paid. Ok that's fine we'll take a refund and move on. If only it was that simple. We were horsed around for a month on the refund constantly being ignored phone calls and texts. Strangely you would call them and they wouldn't pick up but they would text back. (they being whoever it was in charge of skyvie
