Sunset Three Twenty Apartments

I'm not sure where to start! I lived in apt 149 for 9 months and everything about this community is horrible! When I moved in it looked like they just painted over the mold. After a few weeks of me living here the mold started to grow rapidly all over the back sliding door, walls, base board, etc! MOLD WAS WITHIN THE WALLS! When I reached out to management to fix the mold situation, they basically told me to clean it with bleach and to kick rocks. I was constantly getting sick and constantly having to go to the ER and see my PCP every week. I have severe asthma, and my health was at risk. When I showed my PCP photos of the mold growth in my home, he recommended me to leave this place immediately to protect my health!!!! SAFETY: IT IS NON EXSITANT HERE!! I recently moved into this apartment community, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best renting experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I first inquired about availability to the day I received my keys, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine . What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding service provided by Devon and Katlynn. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and stress-free. Devon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. He made sure I understood every detail of the lease and took the time to walk me through the entire process without ever making me feel rushed. Katlynn was equally amazing — friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring.

Kaitlyn the assistant manager was amazing, professional, and very helpful. The maintenance gentleman Andrew was super efficient with fixing all the little changes that I needed done and very professional as well. My family is really happy with our moving experience. The complex seem very quiet and I have met some friendly neighbors. The inside of the apartment needed some extra cleaning in my opinion but again I have OCD so that's neither here or there but overall I love the place for our first home.

I am looking to relocate in the near future and this beautiful complex stole my eye. The staff was friendly, accomadable, and super easy to work with. Their knowledge and prompt responses during scheduling my tour was appreciated. All my questions were answered with transparency and honesty. Though my experience was absolutely 5 star, my mother always says there is room for improvement. Keep doing a great job!

So far I’d give Sunset 3 stars. The communication with the leasing team wasn’t all that great prior to moving in. I ended up overpaying for my unit & the biggest thing was the heater doesn’t work after maintenance came twice to fix it and said everything was all good my unit is still freezing. The unit is smaller than I expected. Kaitlyn was good when she responded she was pretty on top of things outside of some missed communication. Other than that the community is nice and quiet.
