Quiet & clean community. Ms Angie Smith is very professional and courteous .Ms Angie went out of her way to move us in. Will definitely re-rent and refer to anyone looking for an affordable and clean location.

This apartment complex has been updated inside and out. With Remodeled units and basketball goals, pool kept sparkling clear and looks amazing. Apt. manager Ms Angie is helpful, kind, polite and willing to work with it’s tenants.

If you are looking for a safe cost-effective place to stay this is the best place for you! Ask for Ms. Angie! The apartments are awesome and the prices are too! Aren't you tired of being in that fema hotel will get yourself right on over here and check in at sunset Grove make sure you have your DL and your SS and income. Sunset Grove is having a limited time special. The apartments are newly renovated, great security and family friendly. Wonderful poolside area, newly renovated laundry room 🔑 Pull around to be the pool to the leasing office and ask for Ms Angie.

Sunset grove apartments are the worst apartments u could live in. Besides them having the worst maintenance people because they don't take care of the apartments. The apartments have mold in them, the bathroom ceilings have water damage and not only in the bathrooms and also the ceiling in the one I staying in it was falling down. They never came fixed it. And Angie is not a good manager we were told one thing to get us to move in but she LIED she also had us do a review and told us what to put to make it seem it was a good place to stay. The rent didn't stay the same . Every time it was time to renew the rent went up. Mine went up three times. The SPIDERS are huge. And also there are MICE there to. I caught at least 3. And instead of them taking care of the problem and coming to set

If you’re looking for a home I recommend Sunset Grove Apt. It’s a peaceful place to live I really appreciate everything Mrs. Angie has done & continuously does for the tenants at Sunset Apt. She truly goes above & beyond to try & make sure each tenants needs are tended too. She actually cares for her tenants & making them comfortable! Thank you Mrs. Angie for all you do for everyone.
