Oakwood Village Apartments

Upon moving into Oakwood Village Apartments on Sept 12th I had the pleasure of meeting then Property Manager Melanie and it was a very joyous experience as I absolutely was impressed with how nice, friendly and professional she was which was the main reason I chose to move here and make this my new residence and very happy I did so, a few weeks passed since originally stopping by and I had already make my decision to move to Oakwood Village and upon me moving in on my move in date I also had the pleasure of meeting another kind,caring and professional person by the name of Ashley as it was revealed that she would be the new property manager of Oakwood Village Apartments. She stepped right in and did an exceptional job helping me with my move in etc. explained everything very well and made

Ashley has been an absolute Ray Of Sunshine since her arrival as the Oakwood Village manager! I've reached out to Ashley on various occasions (recent ownership change along with new processes/procedures) and she is always welcoming, courteous, and thorough -- she has a wonderful ability to make tenants feel appreciated!

Lived here for two years and have had minimal issues. Any time there was an issue it was resolved promptly. New management is present and on top of most of not all issues that are brought to their attention. All in all great place to live!

I’ve been here for a year and just renewed my lease. Maintenance requests get fixed immediately and the leasing office has been very accommodating with all of my concerns and concerns. Robin has been so helpful with everything. Glad I renewed my lease.

For the past couple months of my stay here at Oakwood, not only has the place itself been promising, but the community within it as well. Besides some former minor miscommunications I haven’t had a problem yet! Any problems within the unit are smoothed out as swiftly as possible by both the maintenance team and the office. Ashley has been great help in getting things in order here, looking forward to the rest of my time here.
