Help me when I was at hard times everyone was nice and friendly
My payment is due tomorrow Christmas Day. I have called over and over to pay today so it will be on time. No one answered! Christmas Eve is not a holiday! If they are going to be closed they need to let customers know by text or email or phone message. Do not use this place!! Rude employees and they try to set you up for failure. Predatory. Very high interest. I tried to pay it off a week after depositing check but was told I would owe interest in hundreds of dollars ALREADY! Beware! Use First Franklin. Nice people there.
These people will call and harass you when you are not even involved with them. My father recently passed and they are calling multiple times asking for someone I don’t know and claiming his is my dad. Then when I asked them to stop the guy was very rude mocking me.
Sam is the most sweetest person she help me through a hard time her and Alexis I want to tell yall thank you so much I love yall
