MAA Highland Ridge

I've been living at this complex for almost two months, but my experience has been absolutely wonderful! Mark made my move from Charleston to Taylors so smooth and easy! I greatly appreciated that because its always a stressful time when moving anyhow, but Mark had everything ready for me to move in. When I put in an emergency maintenance order after hours (7pm) because my batteries died in my lock so I wasn't able to get in my apartment, Mark was literally there in 12 minutes and replaced the batteries. He was happy and smiling which made me feel so much better knowing I disrupted his evening. Thank you Mark for just being a wonderful human being!

The staff and the maintenance team are quick to help with any questions or issues I’ve had. Mark, the manager, and the maintenance crew Raymond and Brad have been available soon after submitting routine maintenance questions. I am very grateful for their support and willingness to make my stay here pleasant. I highly recommend MAAHighlandRidge!

Mark is avasolutely amazing. We have been living here almost 3 years and just upgraded to a bigger apartment! Mark has been so helpful from the get-go and has answered every question or concerns I had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home!!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years in a single bedroom/bathroom unit that includes a washer and dryer. I am moving into a bigger space soon. Pros of living at Highland ridge: Affordable Mostly quiet complex Pet friendly Smart: can lock/unlock your door, turn on/off lights, control air temperature with an app. The doors can also be unlocked/locked with a keypad. Convenient location: minutes away from multiple grocery stores, halfway between Greer and Greenville. Pool is well maintained Dog park (though I never used it) Fitness center (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 cable machine, and dumbbells. It’s small, but not too many of the other residents use it. Ray was very kind and helpful. Love the new light fixture in the kitchen. He even took the time to show me how to reset the breaker that keeps tripping.
