Spring Grove

Me and my Family have been living here for almost 7 months, I am happy with my apartment I love the location but I am not happy at all with the way that they motivate with the tenets if you put in a work order it will take months for things to be fixed if you say anything back to them to defend yourself it is greeted with attitude If you address them with an issue they tell you one thing and do another. I highly recommend that you only go based off of your lease and not what they tell you face-to-face. I do not recommend people moving into this property, unless management changes how they motivate with the tenants. I could say a lot about these apartments but one thing I do want to point out in particular is the upmost respect and appreciation I have for Mark. He is absolutely amazing and has shown me time and time again the dedication and care he has for these apartments and how much he really wants to make this place better! He cares about the tenants on a personal level and I love that about him. From what I have seen personally he has gone out of his way to do any and every thing he can to help everyone here. He has stayed until late at night to make sure we were okay, he’s answered in a timely manner and has done everything in his power to do what he could to fix everything for me and my kids and I could never ask for better! This man deserves a raise!

I went in one day to get information on the apartments here. I was greeted by a lady who worked there. She told me her name was Tammy. Not only was she informative but she had the most beautiful spirit. She helped me find other resources that I was in need of. I truly appreciated her knowledge of the development, friendly responses and professionalism. Thank you Tammy for your kindness and I hope to call spring grove my home soon!

Tammy did an amazing job informing me of what Spring Grove Apartments offers. She was so very thoughtful and patient. She answered all of my questions. She gave me lots of information so that I could make an informed decision. I truly appreciate it when people are patient and professional. Kudos to Tammy for a job well done! I don't recommend anyone to live here if you wanna be treated with respect this is not the place the office help is awful and they are always right now matter what. I'm just waiting on my turn to exit. All good workers in office are gone. Very depressing to live here. They watch everything you do inside an out your apartment. I hate it here I'm patiently waiting on God to place in a caring place where people actually care because this doesn't I will never return here once I m gone. New management doesn't care only care about money not the residents. 😟😟 I hate it here
