They are the same owner for 5th Ave Apartments in Roselle!!!!!! The Apartments were just bought by new owners. The girls in the office are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. You can never get anyone to call you back. I just moved out and they are still trying to charge me and not refund me for charging me when I no longer live there. They have a huge mice problem and roaches! Go somewhere else!!

Hello, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out to report a recurring issue with the building superintendent, Carlos. His behavior has been very unprofessional. He consistently delays repairs unless he is given a tip, and there have been incidents where residents believe personal items have gone missing when he enters apartments. Additionally, he often claims to be busy, but the maintenance requests remain unattended for long periods. This has created a very uncomfortable and frustrating environment in the building. I am asking for this issue to be addressed as soon as possible. Residents deserve proper maintenance and a respectful, professional superintendent. Thank you for your time and attention.

Hello im deripprobradldey brother and I used to live in 150 jerome st and the hallway smells like piant with food and the floor only makes loud noise and broken noise and I really don't feel confortable in that place and i don't know why yall replacing new door buzzer slient I only like loud ones

Well i used to live In 150 jermoe and I had a issue with the wire to the buzzer maybe but when my visitiors was here they RING the bell and the door wouldn't open it happend to 151 jermoe st like 10 times and they fixed it

Please read before you move. My honest feedback. I currently live here. Rental process is very efficient, every time I need something the maintenance comes and fixed. Roselle Park is a nice town to be. If you are moving in, check carefully who your neighbors are going to be, and pick 3rd floor. The management can be not too polite or uneducated sometimes. A lot of people from India and another countries. The management tries to keep under control but they are some people who are just unique, they drive in the wrong way. Long story short my loss, your win.
