Really cool place i just wonder how it was around December 16 2012

HORRIBLE !!! It takes weeks to receive a response from lazy management for repairs, the laundry rooms are always out of service because of the broken expensive washers and dryers, there is never any parking because of the abandoned vehicles always occupying space on the street and most importantly, it appears that the new tenants are not extensively screened before lease approval!

New management with Mike was a nightmare. We applied for a 1 bedroom, and he kept on saying he would call back with the results. He would ghost us. We were finally able to get to him because my mother in law lives there and told corporate what's going on. He yelled at us for getting in trouble and said we were denied because of something on my husband's record, which there is none by the way. We confronted him and showed him the clean record and gaslighted us saying he never said that was the issue and the issue was our credit score (which is in the 650's btw) and kept on changing his story. Corporate called back and said he never sent the application in, so he stole our application fee from us and gave us false hope. Mother in law lived there for years and said he was rude and obnoxious

I just moved in to Woodside Gardens April 1st and I am so pleased with the property and the management so far! Michael is the property manager and he was very flexible with setting times to show my fiancé and I the apartments that were available. The application process was straightforward and easy even during these hard times we are going through with COVID-19. He is also quick to respond to any questions or concerns we might have. The property is well maintained and is in a great location! Great experience thus far!

I have lived in Woodside Gardens for the past three years. It has overall been an awarding stay for me. First of all, the rent there is very affordable and you get more there for your dollar than many places at a comparative pricepoint. I never had an issue with heat or air conditioning, everything worked perfectly throughout my stay there. When I did have an issue, maintenance came back and took care of it for me without giving me any bit of a hard time. They've always asked permission before entering while i was at work. Always friendly to me. I had a few fun memories at this place and will miss it. All the neighbors have been nice and some i still truly miss. It's by a great neighborhood and a nice area.
