Meridia On Westfield

I moved to Meridia last year and I'm having an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! The staff are very COMMITTED AND ATTENTIVE!!! Everything is very CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!!! EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY Our neighbors are quiet, which was one of our requirements My husband and I are very HAPPY!!!

I was in need of a quick apartment and was extremely limited in terms of what towns worked for my commute and child’s school location. I worked with the leasing agent Cristina who replied to my inquiry almost instantly (after hours over the Christmas holiday week). Cristina worked to get my whole application done and submitted, which involved a bunch of different steps and docs. She was able to give me a tour of the unit I was approved for and even suggested a similar unit that had just become available, so she was really attentive to what I was looking for. The building itself is lovely, and the units are pretty spacious and in great condition. In the end, I ultimately made the difficult choice to pick a different property that doesn’t have the same look and feel as a brand new luxury bu

We love in here, great management, maintenance team (extremely fast and efficient), everything super clean, hallways smelling good the whole time... so far I'm in love with Meridia On Westfield 😊 I can not recommend it enough.

I've been living at Meridia on Westfield for 3 years now, and the transformation in management has been incredible. Neisha and Yankaira, are always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with anything you need. They truly care about the residents and it shows in the way they handle everything. Maintenance has always been efficient and dependable—any time I’ve had an issue, it was resolved quickly and with care. The building is well-maintained and clean, and the amenities are a huge plus. I especially enjoy the fitness center with Pelotón equipment, the large social room, and the courtyard is such a nice space to relax. The interior decor is inmaculate and tastefuland I genuinely enjoy living here! Highly recommend !

Do not rent here at all!. Stay away , you will regret. Dealing with any type of upper management is ridiculous . You will be disregarded and ignored. Horrible communication . They do not care about tenants, nothing but on going problems and issues in the apartment . Luxury living is a joke ! .. if I could give it 0 stars I would
