This Place advertises "free electric" but what they don’t tell you is you won’t need electric because you won’t have A/C in the first place 🤦🏿‍♂️ It's a swamp cooler. A SWAMP. COOLER. In 2026 🫩 And not just any swamp cooler, this one comes with a bi-weekly water feature. Every two weeks it’s like, “Surprise! Closet baptism!” Now your shoes floating, your sweaters marinating, and management be acting like this is part of the amenity package 🤨 I ain't no broke G, I’d rather pay the electric bill and have real air conditioning instead of have my walls sticky 9 months out of the year and mold growing in the vents.🤢 And let’s talk about how YOU don’t get to decide when you’re hot. I had such a wonderful experience touring the property with Frances! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel completely welcome. She was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable — answering all my questions with ease and enthusiasm. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and stunning apartment layouts that truly feel like home. Frances took the time to show me every feature and made the entire tour enjoyable and stress-free. I left feeling excited and confident about leasing here. That response is total bs, the AC should have been turned on weeks ago and you know it. This is so insulting. Shame on all of you. If you're thinking of living here this is the way you're going to be treated... UPDATE (see pic): I purchased a digital thermometer to see what the real internal temperature is. At 4:50PM the external temp is 85 degrees and the internal temp is 91.8 degrees (their thermometer stays at 80 no matter what). Yesterday the external temperature was 97 degrees meaning it was WELL over 100 degrees in every unit. - - - - - One star for lack of A/C and the embarrassingly inept response from the owners. We all understand it is a process to get the A/C on, but we don't understand why you wait until we are all suffering and angry to make that change *every* year. I can

I want to say, I have never lived in an apartment before, But this one is truly amazing. The staff is amazing, The maintenance guys are friendly and good at their job super fast getting things done. I used the laundry here a few times and love the app to be able to pay, You don’t have to worry about coins and or cards. I am very happy here, The water does get turned off time to time but the office is great at letting us know in advance. Everyone has to realize it has to go down for repair and the boiler system they told you about when signing the lease. The apartments are nice and clean, Landscapers are really friendly just like everyone around here. Definitely would recommend living here! :) Everyone talks to everyone, I enjoy that!!! Thank you to the staff at making me feel at home.

They won't turn the AC despite it being nearly 90°F out and they have water issues/shut offs every other week. Any time I've contacted maintenance, they either marked it as complete without even coming in or they lazily adjust something (e.g. bathroom bulbs being adjusted rather than changed). The pool is always filthy and it's not worth it. There's also creepy guys driving by and watching me somehow every time I step outside. It's not safe here and the management is awful.
