Sunrise Pointe Apartments

So my boyfriend and I moved in to these apartments on August 6th 2025. The first thing that we noticed when we walked in was it was extremely hot. They fixed the ac the day we moved in. Then later I was washing dishes and it flooded my kitchen and there was a leak under the sink took them a while to fix that. Then the oven didn’t have a pilot light and it TOOK THEM 3 months to get us a new stove. Then when we washed our hands and brushed our teeth in the bathroom it would leak and flood and get all my stuff wet that was on the cabinet under there. Days later we noticed a small hole in the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. We were told it was because the lady upstairs. It kept leaking on multiple occasions and the hole eventually got bigger we noticed mold and other things that were

I Reginald here at sunrise point have had i great experience here. The manager Trena London was sooooo helpful and so nice. We have a great apartment. Trena London, You will be missed, and thank you for all that you have done us.

Currently having to pay $900 for an apartment with 0 amenities, basically no staff or maintenance, and very low quality. The pool hasn’t worked in years and probably will not ever be fixed, there is no gym, the washer and dryers are in a separate dirty building and costs $4 every time, the office is only open for 5 days a week 8-5 but closed for lunch so if something bad happens on a Friday night good luck getting it fixed. They claimed the apartment was cleaned before hand but things were still filthy. The day of moving in there was over 10 problems including mold covered cabinets, and non-functional light fixtures and a broken mailbox. It took over 2 months for these to be fixed and there are still issues after 3 months of living here. The office is constantly either not available or clo
