We had a wonderful experience working with Chris and his team on our custom home. While building a home can be quite a challenge, Chris made a very fun and rewarding experience. We completed our project in under 13 months from first shovel in the ground to first night in the new place, a full 5 months quicker than some other builders had quoted. Would highly recommend Chris and Sunrise to anyone looking to build a custom home

My wife and I had a custom home built by Sunrise Construction. We viewed a number of custom homes built by Chris Christianson and his team. All were beautifully constructed and unique. We purchased a home that had begun construction and wanted to make a number of significant changes. Chris and his team were so easy to work with. Very responsive and helpful with difficult decisions. We received a great deal of excellent advice from his interior design consultant, Dani. She was great and even flew out of state to our home to meet with us and help pick out tile and other finishes. After construction was completed we had additional problems not related to the construction and, again, Chris was willing to help us. He is dedicated to a successful relationship. Chris did a fantastic job for us and came in on budget, even building during Covid. During the building process, Chris provided us with new and creative ideas for us to consider in which we would have never thought of doing. Just a great experience from start to finish. I really wanted to like this outfit given the pictures of finished homes but right from the get go Chris was incredibly difficult to get a hold of and wouldn't return emails promptly, sometimes not at all. We even supplied him with everything needed to get a quote for our build and he never got back to us. Chasing after someone to get a response is not the way I intend to spend my money. We inevitably took them off of the list of builders we'd ever consider having build us a home simply due to Chris' total lack of communication and failure to return calls and emails. He never even responded to our well prepared quote. I would not trust having Sunrise build anything for fear that you'd have to chase Chris down to get the work done properly. It's telling that instead of returning my emails
