Sunningdale Apartments

My 87yr old mother Anne Birmingham was one of the first tenants to move into Sunningdale Senior apts when they first opened I think over 16 years ago. She loves living here and has nothing but good things to say about Elsa Noriega, the manager, and family atmosphere here at Sunningdale. On several occasions, Elsa has gone above and beyond to assure the safety and well being of my mother as well as other senior tenants here. As my mom ages, it’s a comfort to know that she’s in a beautiful senior community like Sunningdale, that actually cares:)

Many people on here saying that Elsa was a good manager, she is not. Hardly ever here, treated my mom like garbage over a major water leak in her apartment, also stole and so many other shocking things. Now that she is gone it’s already improving. Esteban who does all the work here is one of the most sincere and kind people I’ve met. Amazing what happens when you remove awful people out of management.

Thank you for offering the opportunity to let you know how fortunate we, the residents of Sunningdale are to have Elsa Noriega as our Community manager. It is a great comfort for me specially to have someone who truly cares about her residents. She knows us all and is always cheerful and happy to see us ( She always has my back). I love my apartment, she knew just exactly what I needed. She keeps our community up and looking great. I am proud to live here and have my family and friends visit my beautiful apartment and for all of these, Thanks to Elsa.

I'm a new resident and I must say that the manager, Elsa Noriega, has gone above and beyond to make sure everything has gone smoothly for me. In the short time I've been here, it's obvious that Elsa really cares about her residents. She is kind, courteous, and very professional. I'm so happy to be here as the complex and apartments are very beautiful, and I'm very happy that Elsa is the manager. She has a passion for people and she has a huge heart.

Sunningdale Apartments is a wonderful place to live! My family member has been very happy there. The property is consistently kept clean and well-maintained, and it's clear that management prioritizes keeping things up-to-date. A special shout-out to the property manager, Elsa, for her dedication to the residents and the coordination of fantastic community events held throughout the year. These gatherings provide a great opportunity to connect with other residents and build a strong sense of community, making Sunningdale feel like more than just an apartment complex, but a true home.
