It’s insane that I can’t give a lower rating, save yourself the trouble and skip over this one when you’re looking for a place to live unless you would like to have water in your apartment and mold problems and have them come to “fix” it by putting mulch outside and trap you into signing a new lease by only giving you 3 days to decide. Unbelievable, I hope this place gets shut down one day.
The worst ! I have mold on my a/c and have called every single day and THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST!! It’s gets worst every few months! They are unstable ! The worst apartments! There is mold everywhere! I call and they give you the worst attitude! They are mean and cruel !! I can’t stop crying of how they don’t care that we breath mold !
We LOVE working at Park at Woodmoor Apartments! 🏡✨ The property is well-kept, easy to navigate, and makes moving days go so much smoother (which our movers’ backs definitely appreciate 💪😂). The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful when it comes to parking, directions, and keeping things running efficiently 🚚📋. Residents here are awesome too — great vibes all around! If you’re moving in or out of Park at Woodmoor, you’re in good hands. Not happy with the new management. Was happy living here beforehand, things were great. Previous manager was great (Onieda), she was awesome and was super sweet and respectful ans was very thorough when explaining things about other units, transfers or anything else we had questions about. I could be overthinking it but with the new manager, things have been rather pleasant. She seems to always have an attitude and seems to be in a bad mood quite often anytime we've walked in. Its unfortunate because i really like this apartment complex and the area we're in.
We have been here for 18 years through several different administrations. LaDonna and Amy in the office are superior to any of the past administrations. They are professional and handle any issues promptly. They’ve been so helpful and we appreciate them so much
