As a former tenant, I had an extremely disturbing experience with Michael Gonzalez. During my tenancy, he made repeated inappropriate and se*ually suggestive comments and actions toward me that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable in my own home. When I set boundaries, the situation escalated rather than improved. He threatened to have me evicted because I did not adhere to his advances. No tenant should ever feel intimidated or violated by the person who controls their housing. I strongly caution others to proceed with extreme care. I would never do business with or rent from this individual again.

Great stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay again.
