ROACHES everywhere in the wash room hallways carpets garage just everywhere. Visited my friend who moved to the 3rd floor a month ago and I felt so bad for them. Also the carpet dirty, stains, looks like place has been the same since the 80s outdated elevator carpet floors stairs. Some of the hallways smell of very HEAVY cigarette smoke how ironic that there is signs everywhere stating no smoking. Garage has balded up hair everywhere dead nats on the walls. Neighbors are super loud huge banging sounds. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know on top of that my friend mentioned place is almost $2500 a month no utilities included just garbage. How do these college students tolerate it? How can they live in such a dirty place and not feel uneasy it is beyond me.

BE AWARE! This apartment complex has roaches! And when you notify the property management company, they act like they never had a complaint from previous tenants before. For the exterminator to come out you have to move every item in your house to the center of the room for the exterminator to come out and spray. All of that for the bugs to come back the very next day. Plus they will steal your security deposit and charge you for the normal wear and tear on the cheap appliances they installed in the apartment. Not to mention your visitors car will be towed for any reason and no reason at all because the management and the tow company they partner with together to make money, I’ve seen cars towed in under 5 minutes. The place is decent, but there are some troubling things that needs a fix permanently. The first thing would be to control the pest issue. This has become a nightmare for people living here. No matter how clean you keep your flat, those pests keep coming and it’s so bad. The second thing would be a bit tighter security, people here are to irresponsible that they don’t close the main doors to the building sometimes and I had closed them many times when I observed. The flat that we got had so many fixes to be made which were supposed to be taken care of before we moved in but we had to raise maintenance request every time we came across an issue. This is completely unacceptable when we were asked to do a lot of paperwork but management is least bothered to have checks done. And at last t

Management here sucks. Whenever something needs to get fixed they take days if not weeks before it gets fixed. For the kind of money they charge for rent you'd think you'd get better attention to problems. Also they seem to have some sort of deal with the towing company in the area. They let the towing company inside the gated area at 3 or 4 in the morning to tow cars so the tenants don't realize until next day that the car gas been towed. They're really sneaky about it. You can't have any guests over and you can't let your guests use your designated parking spot either or they will ve towed. Avoid this place if at all possible!

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Other comments are correct about the place being a dump. The manager Zahid has the audacity to sell us apartment complexes with black stains in the carpet and dirty walls, then proceeds to tell us that our apartment is dirty and that if we don’t clean up, we’ll get fined or brought to court. When he checks the apartment for any repairs, he’ll do it for an expensive amount of money (painting doors, fixing fans), and he will blame it on you. Rent anywhere else but here, it’s not worth it.
