Living here has been an incredible experience! From day one, the HOA made me feel right at home. you can tell they put effort into creating a welcoming community, not just another apartment building. The complex itself is clean, safe, and well-maintained. The landscaping always looks sharp, the hallways are kept spotless, and any maintenance request I’ve had was handled within 24 hours.

This was my and my husband’s first apartment, it was great place to live! It was a cute and clean place. People are friendly and the landlord was always very helpful!

If you don't like noise, don't live here. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything! if you get a noisy neighbor that disregards quiet hours you're screwed because the HOA doesn't enforce anything.

If you live here your car will get towed multiple times per year! Guaranteed. I’ve lived here 3 years. There’s only ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT! It’s $400 every time they tow your car. There’s no extra parking. They have over 30 spaces for guests but you and your guests will get towed if you park there for more than 2 days. This is your first and last warning! This HOA has lost there mind.
