Patriot Pointe Townhomes

I’ve had a great experience living at this community, and the manager Mckenzie has been amazing to work with. She’s always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and with kindness. Truly appreciate the excellent customer service! The property is well taken care of.

My husband and I just moved here from about 16 hours away, and we have been very pleased with how Patriot Pointe has handled everything. We toured a lot of townhomes in the area and this one was by far our favorite. The units are in great condition and we just love the safe neighborhood feel of this residence. McKenzie made the rental process feel super easy and any extra fees were highlighted at our first meeting, so they did not come as a surprise. When we first arrived our door code wasn't programed, but after one email that evening it was fixed the next morning and they even came in person to apologize. We've been impressed with how they've handled each situation so far!

This is just a preliminary review, based on my short experience with McKenzie Petersen and Patriot Pointe. While we have not yet lived here, we have toured the property and talked at length, numerous times with McKenzie. We are in the process of leaving our current residence and, as most of you would know, the entire moving process is VERY stressful. We searched high and low for the perfect place to suit our needs and have decided that this is the place. McKenzie never made us feel like she was annoyed with our 1000 questions and was able to address everything we asked. She was able to quickly help reduce our stress and get everything ironed out very quickly. I am definitely looking forward to becoming a resident here!

I've had a great experience with the team here! Kenzie is an excellent property manager—always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Barry is also fantastic when it comes to maintenance. He's quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always friendly. It's clear they both take pride in their work and it really shows. Highly recommend!

A great complex. Nice and quiet area and close to a grocery store. Very clean. Weekly maintenance and the leasing agents are very helpful and professional at all times. The manager is great!
