The house we rented through them was not cleaned at all. Sheets and comforter were dirty, not even washed. Mold in the vents, we had to leave early because the mold was making us sick. Sand in one of the beds and in the spare blanket in the closet. Dishes were dirty. Dishwasher smelled horrible. Spent 6 hours cleaning when we got there. Absolute nightmare! Poorly managed

We had a wonder stay at the beach and no problems with the condo. COVID made key pick up and drop off probably a little easier. Got a good price for a nice space and a great week at the beach this past September.

We rented a house on AirBNB that was managed by Sun Surf Realty. We will never again rent a house with any associateion with Sun Surf. The house was very nice, the owners have done a great job of remodeling it. It was very clean, and we really enjoyed sitting on the dock out in the channel. We went 2 days without internet/TV. We tried truobleshooting with Sun Surf staff over text but ended up having to get Spectrum to come out to fix it. We had also rented a golf cart to drive back and forth to the beach. We found a baggie of marijuana in the golfcart. If my (old enough to drive) kids had been pulled over for some reason while driving the golf cart and the marijuana had been found, they could have been charged. What if small kids had gotten into it? What if my dogs had gotten it?

Place we rented was not clean. The dirty linens from previous guest were still there. There was a broken toilet, broken door, and hot water tank was turned off. You would have thought they didn’t know we were coming! They did come pick up linens and offered to send someone out, but by that point we already cleaned and my husband fixed the other things, enough to get through the week. I enjoyed the property we were at just was unhappy with cleanliness of our unit.

A Beach Retreat E. Cottage is very old. Gorgeous view. Gorgeous!!! Some updates, but need more. Kitchen was my concern. Cabinets 47 years old. Nasty inside. Would not use. Kept my food in refrigerator or on top of cabinets. Roach traps under cabinets. Contacted reality to complain of lighting. Low wattage bulbs all over cottage. Light over stove not working. No light in eating area. Pillows old. Lumpy. Sand in sheets. Ice maker didn't work. The office passed the problems onto the owner. They were not responsible they said. We booked thru them. They took our money, but they could not help. Owner does not allow them in the cottage. Only the owners cleaning lady can help. Weird. They are the middle man. We complained on Monday. Cleaning lady came by on Tuesday. Gave me two 60 watt light bulb
