Started working with Kathy Myers remotely for about a year before ever meeting her. She was diligent in sending listings, but never pushy. When we finally came to the coast to meet with her, it was as if we were old friends. She was always quick to answer any questions, and worked hard to make sure our closing went smoothly. I purchased a home through Barefoot-Chandler Associates at the beginning of 2018. Originally looking for a home on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina, I heard about this realty company that had exceptional customer service and decided I would give them a try. Working with Lorrie Munagorri of Barefoot-Chandler, I was quickly impressed with her responsiveness and knowledge of an extensive area along the coast. Even when my search carried me somewhat 50 minutes inland, she always made time to show a home, be there for home inspection, and sit with home during repair that led from inspection. I couldn’t be happier with my home or the experience of working with such a professional staff. I will be a repeat customer if the need ever arises. If you can, ask for Lorrie!!!!

They helped to sift through the offers as they came in to discern which were serious offers worthy of consideration. In the end we accepted a great offer with a fast and sure closing date. To be honest, we don’t know much about Barefoot-Chandler & Associates; however we do know they employ one of the most proficient and professional agents a firm could ever hope to have, Lorrie Munagorri. She stood by my husband and I for over six months looking at house after house all throughout Carteret County. Lorrie was oh so patient; and quickly learned what we liked and what we didn’t.
