Sun Chase Apartments

Lived here for a short term lease of 7 months. The management and crew were always very nice. Very quiet, never heard anything from any neighbors, always very respectful. Any issue would be fixed quickly. Pool, hot tub and gym were clean. Apartment was great and loved living here.

The carpet was not clean from the beginning when we moved in on . We also had to call maintenance many times for the house. Regarding the touch-up paint, we believe it was not our fault. It looks like the mold near the bottom of the wall was caused by weather conditions and is something that tends to happen naturally. We also saw reviews from other tenants mentioning mold on the walls. It feels like this apartment has no intention of returning the full security deposit. Based on our experience, we would not recommend renting or living here.”

As of more than 10+ year and now 2026 for the second time me giving Sun Chace a chance. I have been discriminated against. They denied me housing without anything on my record having the funds etc. I was told I was being denied to to a family member. status. They do not comply with EQUAL HOUSING LAWS 100% CONFIRMED. I REAPEAT THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH EQUAL HOUSING LAWS. EQUAL HOUSING DOES PROTECT PERSONS IMMIGRATION STATUS ETC. FYI IF YOU ARE A PERSON WITH THAT STATUS. Do NOT apply. It's waste and they are doing fraud 1000%. They do ask for aplicación fees and another fee over $70+ in total we spent $199, In fees that were not refundable at all. They knew what they were doing. Todd Wheeler is the worst, most unprofessional, laziest property manager I’ve ever met. Ignored me multiple times while trying to get my deposit back until I threatened legal action, then (10 minutes after threatening legal action) pretended like they just received the check in the mail when my forwarding address was the only one on the envelope. and they have mold.

My fiancé and I were going to move into these apartments. But the day we toured the place the office lady is extremely unprofessional! She just seemed like she didn’t wanted to be there, rushed through the entire premises and unit, sat there with one AirPod in her ear playing music, had her arm covered in tattoos showing, I mean yeah I have tattoos as well but showing them on your entire arm as a leasing agent is unprofessional. And she looked miserable the whole time, I was expecting a smile. But because of that we decided not to move in.
