I almost got bitten by my downstairs neighbors dog today as it came running up to me barking as if it was about to attack me . It's on our lease rules to have your dog on a leash at all times in this apartment complex . I have multiple videos of the same dog running around daily without a leash and nothing is done about it. welcome to sandhill village apartments! The property manager seen with her own two eyes today that the dog was running around without a leash and still allowed it to happen even after I told her about the dog running up to me and almost attacking me. Worst apartments to make deliveries, do not go there , manager and assistant are rude and unprofessional, this is like a bad hood apartment complex I fell so bad for the residents of this place I wish their economic status improves so they can leave this trash place and never look back, I am not believing federal government subsided this type of living environment , they should make inspection more frequently , shame on this property manager and her team.

I recently visited my family member who lives at this apartment community in Brandon, and I was very impressed. The location is great—close to everything you need but still peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely kept. The entire area felt safe and well-maintained, with clean grounds and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great place for anyone looking for a quality home in a convenient location. I can see why my family enjoys living here!

I called Sandhill Village last week about availability. The manager said there were no openings but quickly emailed me an application for the waitlist and stayed on the phone to make sure I got it. She even had her assistant send me a list of other low-income apartments, which was super helpful. I met them both when I dropped off my app—very kind and helpful ladies. I really appreciated their time and care!

This is outrageous! This place is always trashy and most likely if you were to stay here you would have rats,cockroaches, or ants people who live here will get harassed and me myself got harassed while living here I highly do not recommend ! very unprofessional
