5 Stars! I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at Summit North Apartments. Alisha and Tonya have been absolutely amazing—always friendly, professional, and excellent communicators. Maintenance is also on point—every request was handled quickly and efficiently, which made living here stress-free. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, with great neighbors and a real sense of community. I’ve never had any issues during my time here. I’m truly going to miss living here, but alas, it’s time for me to move. Thank you, Summit North, for making this place feel like home

Alysha is absolutely amazing! The move in process was quick and easy and my new neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, very close to downtown. It’s so quiet and peaceful here! 5 stars!!

I’ve lived here for over 3 years and when I say that both love the community and the summit north team , Alysha, Tonya, and Preston are amazing human beings and they always help with a smile and really make summit north an actual community. From just talking to them or anything I may need for my apartment they are quick and always serve with a smile. I absolutely love it here !

Great location close to downtown that’s quiet and safe. The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff is prompt with requests.
