Summit Lane Luxury Apartments

​My wife and i had a great experience living here! Linda in the office is fantastic—always helpful, professional, and easy to work with. ​The maintenance team is incredibly attentive and quick to handle any requests, and the landscaping is kept in perfect condition year-round. As for the apartment itself, it was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend this complex if you want a well-managed, beautiful place to call home!

I have been living here for alittle over 2 months and all I can say is, wow. I am so happy here and my neighbors are so lovely! It’s a super dog friendly community and my two fur babies LOVE the dog park amenity! I want to give a special thank you to Linda Rabiet on giving me the opportunity to live here. I am close to restaurants, the highway to get to work & most importantly my family! We were going to move after a year but now we want to stay longer. Summit Lane looks beautiful all the time. Linda is attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond communicating with residents, managing the property. She’s quick, and thorough. And the maintenance staff keeps things running, and are very friendly. Now my husband and I are talking about staying.

Moving here has been a fantastic exprience The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained, The management team is super responsive—any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled within 24 -48hours. The amenities are great—especially the gym, pool, and community lounge. The neighborhood is quiet which I love.. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live

Not really impressed. Besides the fact that they have VERY POOR management has to be one of the lowest luxury apartments I have ever encountered. Gym isn’t really gym about 3 machines that are old, one pool for the whole complex which isn’t so big. Parking is horrible if you have guest over forget about it. Management isn’t really fair with rules depending on who you know or what you LOOK like. The Place is really small more so made for one person 2 if you don’t have kids. If you looking for a quiet area, don’t really have visitors and not into the amenities then it is for you. Other than that I would keep looking or better yet get a mortgage for the price they charge.
