Steve was an excellent inspector and I highly recommend him to anyone buying a home. He was very thorough with his inspection and his report. Steve responded to our request for needing an inspector asap VERY quickly. He was able to inspect our new prospective home within a few days. He was on time, respectful, honest, and extremely knowledgable. I would use him again and again.

We had a great experience working with Steve as our home inspector! We're first-time home buyers who were not able to attend the inspections in person. We greatly appreciate the care that Steve took in conducting the inspection, compiling the report, photographing EVERYTHING and answering our follow-up questions.
