My wife and I bought an abandoned home in the historic district in Newburgh. After calling and meeting with many contractors who said they could deliver but rarely answered the phone, we met Joe. His can-do attitude was the first thing that motivated us to work with him and his team. After walking the project and drawings, Joe was very straight forward with his estimate and met that number in the end. We added things and made changes along the way, a normal process in all construction projects. Joe was always willing to find solutions for things that inevitably came up. We did the construction in the middle of Covid at a time of delays and tons of excuses from vendors, suppliers and subs – Joe never had one, he just showed up and he called us whenever anything came up. Joe Pellegrino did a 2 level addition in our first house many years ago. Joe & his crew did an amazing job. And they did an incredible job cleaning up.
