The apartments have mold and when the work is complete the work is not administered by a certified mold remediation company. The fire extinguishers are not in compliance of Title 26, no tags, no test report. The gas hot water heaters are too close to the roof for breathing room, no carbon monoxide monitors, fire alarms beeping. Same apartments have animals without permission. The maintenance of the ground as a whole outside and inside is not in City, State nor Federal compliance. Roofs leaking and cause unsettled smell after the sheetroock is wet. Grass uncut.
