I’ve been in RE for 20+ years and have never had a title company dismiss me and my seller Like Krystal and her whole office has. Terrible communication and no one answers the phones and when they do they make excuses why no one can talk. I understand being in closings. But when you leave a message for the assistant and emails for the closer and they don’t call you back…. (EVER) I’ve wasted two weeks and a possible loss of a cash buyer due to this office. I will never recommend this office. I will continue to make my clients drive to Kingwood to get the royal treatment they deserve!
