Chance's Court Apartments

This apartment complex has been a great place to live. My favorite so far! The apartments are modern, cozy, and feel very safe. The gym is clean and really nice, and the in-unit washer and dryer hookups have been a huge help. Stacie and Madison are amazing—always friendly, helpful, and professional. They truly make this feel like a community.

Chance’s Court is truly a gem! This family-run community has a warm, cozy feel that you just don’t find in big corporate complexes. The apartments have excellent natural and indoor lighting — honestly some of the best I’ve seen, which makes the whole place feel bright and inviting. The appliances are solid, dependable, and new. A special shout-out to Stacie, the manager. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her personal touch makes all the difference and really sets Chance’s Court apart. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-kept place with a warm, personal vibe, Chance’s Court is an easy five stars.

We absolutely love Chance’s Court Apartments! My family truly enjoys the calm, peaceful atmosphere of the community, and our apartment itself is super cozy—we love it. The layout is perfect and makes the space feel comfortable and welcoming. We are genuinely very happy with our apartment and the overall experience here. I see some people mention the price, but honestly, you really do get what you pay for. We wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Chance's Court is amazing, they work out little deals to get cheaper rent some months, or even hold raffles to win cool items. The apartments are clean and new with a gated community so you feel safer. They stay on top of their requirements such as; pest control, air filter change, testing, and more. They give you timely communication to make you aware if they are running tests on something or sending pest control to your apartment. They answer the phone and respond to issues in a timely manner.

Chance's Court has turned out to be a great place to live. They are nice and clean. The office personnel keep on top of maintenance request. It has a warm and family friendly atmosphere. The manager is friendly and easy to talk to when there is an issue. I am happy to have found a good place.
