Summit at Flatirons Apartment Homes

We’ve been living at The Summit at Flatirons for almost two years now, and we feel very fortunate to have made this our home, for the time being. The staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. In particular, Haley has always gone out of her way to assist my partner and me with any questions or needs we’ve had, and her warm demeanor is truly appreciated. Adam, despite his busy schedule, often takes the time to walk around the property, personally ensuring that the grounds remain clean and well-maintained. I've even seen him picking up trash himself. The groundskeeping team also does an excellent job of maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team here. They are incredibly professional and always respond so quickly whenever I need help. A huge shoutout to Jose—he is not only skilled but also very friendly and respectful. It’s a relief knowing the team truly cares about the residents. Highly recommend!

Just moved here and the staff is absolutely amazing! So friendly and welcoming they have gone above and beyond making sure we are comfortable and making sure to check in and see how things are going. Special shout out to Brooke she came and even helped me find a light switch that I missed in the kitchen as silly as it sounds she was over in minutes to help me not to mention she even printed out coloring pages and got crayons at the leasing office to offer my son something to do. The amenities are incredible, the entire place is so well maintained and clean. It’s so refreshing to be somewhere you know they take care of not just the building but the residents as well! The views here are incredible and the community is so friendly and welcoming! If you are looking for a place this is definite

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! The units are cozy, I love the parking garage, and the 24hr gym is amazing. Any interaction I have with staff has been pleasant, and they are always on top of things. Brooke has been especially kind and helpful!

So we resigned our lease for this upcoming year. Unfortunately we have to move to hep my mom out and can’t keep living here. Haylie helped me out so much in fixing this to make it easy. I have worked with her over the years and she is by far the best person we have had in any living situation and when we look at another place, this is the first one because of her.
