Some of the best pricing in Edmond! I've lived in units like some of the apartments off and on since 2015 and in each and every unit I find something new to love about them. The manager is great and has worked with my family through many tough times. She does what she can to take care of her people. Maintenance runs a little slow sometimes. But they always try to get to it when they can and they have open communication. So if you have any questions you can always reach out directly to the maintenance workers. I recommend anybody who's on a lower budget but doesn't really want to live in low-income housing to check out this cuz like I said the quality is great but I did mention is the atmosphere and the neighbors are amazing too. Since I moved in almost a year soon. I love the my apartment. The place is quiet and serene. The office management are so helpful wherever I need help. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment around Edmond. Not forgetting the swimming pool, a refreshing place during summer. My grandkids loves my apartment too♥️♥️♥️

I can't say enough good things about the management at Summit Apartments. From day one, she's been incredibly attentive and responsive to any needs or concerns we had about anything. Lisa is very understanding with any of our needs and she works with us if needed. she's very nice and I'm thankful for everything she's done to help live here more comfortable for me and my family. Everyone here will go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team is always friendly and professional.
