I’ve seen a noticeable improvement at this apartment complex, and it truly deserves recognition. The management team has been doing an excellent job creating a more organized, welcoming, and well-maintained community. Communication has improved significantly—they are responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to residents’ concerns. The property itself looks much better. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff is courteous and respectful throughout the process. It’s clear that management is invested in making positive changes and enhancing the overall living experience for residents. Predatory management. Acting like I have a warrant out for my arrest because I refuse to pay their $250 applications fee. Have fun prying that from my cold dead corpse. My credit was poor enough for yall to deny me. What makes you think I’m gunna care about a $250 collections 😂

Redline Fire Watch was called to perform services on the property. The management team was very friendly and professional. The property was very clean and management team showed how much they care for their residents and property .

Living at this apartments has been a real challenge. My unit is overrun with roaches hiding in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, coming out in the dark, even though my place is clean and a lot of tenants, if not all, have confirmed to me they also have lots of roaches. Monthly pest control visits don’t help at all. This entire building has a bad roach infestation and management does nothing about it, they just don’t care. Maintenance is another nightmare, the office never wants to spend money on repairs, so tenants are better off fixing things themselves. The new maintenance guy is good, but he's clearly limited by the office’s unwillingness to invest in proper repairs and proper building maintenance. Myself, and a friend paid 180$ to fill out an application for their 2 bedroom summerset apartments. This was on 1/22/2025. We worked adamantly to get in every single item needed for the application process. I am a very thorough person and I like to do things 1 time. Over the course of 3 damn weeks, we have been given the run around with the application process. This is needed, that is needed, knowing I had already taken care of it. My roommate makes MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY to rent from them within income requirements and Im transitioning her care to my agency, so that I can care for her better. The Dawn Center for Domestic violence called and got me into the application process. Only to be strung along for 3 weeks. I have no home, my roommate and I live in a trailer with no electricity, bla
