Front lady that’s eats 5000 calories a day and looks like Dora needs to get fired. She does not care about how you feel. Her attitude is always there when you’re genuinely confused about something like I don’t care if your customer is continuously misunderstanding something on paper, do your job and keep explaining in a nice tone other than “ummmm it’s right there we told you that many times” Other than that great maintenance people and other management is chill. Will never live here again though until she’s gone.

Staff are so rude, very un attending and not really helpful, very fraud wise I bet. They do. not care for their residents here!only TWO of the maintenance were very chill and respectful. Peale in main office don’t bother trying to help, if anything they take advantage of people around here! We had our fridge shut down on us a load of times, we’ve emailed to get a NEW and IMPROVED one! But instead they had brought over the fridge that was destroyed from over the flood that had happen in the year of 2024.something with our stove and cabinets! We’ve complained about a lot of things that needed to be fixed but they never came until YEARS later we began to move and they hit us with a sum over two grands to fix the issues THEY weren’t wanting to fix , it’s plain stupid honestly! Update: Don’t waste your time calling to “fix” the issue. Management is confrontational from the get go. I have the call recorded of how rude management is. Management is a joke. The apartments themselves are okay the issue is with the office. Management and staff are so rude and inhumane. If you could avoid this place like the plague. The mental stress management will put on you is not worth the location.

Horrible mangement ! Still runned by edith alvarez , the new landlord is exactly the same as her . You would expect having a new landlord who would make things better and treat women better . We have been displaced from the Jan 22/2024 flood and still no actual date when were going home . I believe as a community we need to come together . So far reception has a been a pain in the butt, violates your tendent rights ! Everytime I HAVE TO GO TO OFFICE I GET HARRASSED BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE MY ANSWERS. Management is the worst,nothing has changed I see…I moved out over 20 years ago,maintenance team was great and friendly,too many inspections short notice rent is cheap but not worth staying there glad I left…haven’t been back since.
