Mar at Laurel Apartments

I walked in for a tour with my wife, currently looking a new apartment. Diana was very personable and understood our needs. Unfortunately the spaces were too small for our growing family. Would recommend this to my friends and family.

We recently moved here, and I want to say we love it. Such a comfortable and quiet place. Dania Sandoval is an excellent manager at these properties, she explained every detail so well. we're more than happy to live this experience in our new home. I had the pleasure of touring Mar at Laurel recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed—but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Dania, the property manager. She was incredibly nice, attentive, and knowledgeable, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire tour. Dania answered all my questions with patience and genuine care. Dog poop everywhere. Management said they would order dog station 3 months ago never happened. Grass always covered so you can’t enjoy a walk with your dog. You have to pay a pest fee but that is not stopping the pest from getting in. We started seeing cockroaches coming in through improperly placed moulding between wall. When paying rent in the residence portal there are different fees such “admin fee” or other random fees. Management never answers call or text so you better be ready to go into the office if you ever need anything handled and even then it probably will not be handled.

Washers only allow half of a load. The one entrance access that does not have stairs is an upward incline with a gated door that opens outward which makes it difficult to enter when carrying groceries, bags, a cart, etc. The new management is unkind and will not hesitate to evict you even after communicating that you were laid off and waiting to receive unemployment.
