I have lived here for over a year and I honestly love living here. It's very nice and clean! The manager that rented my apartment, Megan really took her job gracefully and took the time to address everyone's concern. Most of all she cleaned up the apartments complex with a positive, friendly attitude along with Kirby our maintenance man. As a team they made a tremondous change, with respect and a outlook that will forever be greatly appreciated! Now we have Lisa and Kirby as a team, and she is very nice as well, I know I am happy with her as she took Megan's place for her to move on to a sister property! I know they won't be disappointed as she ALWAYS leaves a positive impact on many lives!

I have been here 2 yrs I do believe now! Yea the 1st of December was 2 yrs living here and I am very thankful for my apartment here. I lived in a dangerous part of Knoxville before getting this one and I am so thankful for me and my kids safety to be here and it be a safe place to be!! Lisa and the new maintenance man are great ppl to have working for you I really love everything Lisa stands for in the community! Just wanted to reach out and say thanks for everything.

Toured the property today, Manager was super polite and knowledgeable. I was so happy to have had a pleasant visit, I look forward to working with summercrest as it appears to be a very beautiful property.
