Summerbend Apartments

I noticed my first review is gone. I had an awful experience living in SummerBend. It’s old, and there’s no pool. Grace only lies and manipulates. She told me she let me out my lease then filed an eviction.

If I could give SumerBend/Kingslanding/Pelican Pointe Apartments Management negative one thousand stars I would. Starting with Management, Zabrina Smith is very unprofessional. She does not adhere to the leasing contract whatsoever. First off, when changing the price in a late fee for your residents, you are clearly supposed to put it in writing and have them sign it. A note was put on our doors saying that the amount would be increasing. Secondly, my Ac went out in my apartment and it took two weeks to get someone there to fix it, mind you, my child was 6 months at the time. Lastly ( But definitely not the last issue I have encountered with this "Management" system they have going on), when going to the office to drop off my rent, the apartment manager kept on making smart, rude remarks a

I have been a resident since 2015. The management who was in position when I moved in was HORRIBLE. Since new management and maintenance has taken over, I could not be happier. They are nice, approachable, quick to fix things, and don't just barge in. Debbie and Richard do everything they possibly can to turn this place around.

If I could give them no stars I would. This is the worst place every! Maintenance does not fix anything AT ALL! The office lady is rude as hell!! Now if you on a budge and want a quick place to live without doing a background check then this is your go to. But let me remind you , you will never be alone. Meaning you will have rats and a couple of your normal southeast Georgia insects with and a big nasty green pool in the back. Good luck 👍🏽

I lived in Summerbend for 3 years and I love the fact that it was quiet and nobody bothered us. I only moved because we needed more space and Mrs. Grace is wonderful .
