Summer Wind Apartments

I'm a current resident. The management is horrible. My apartment has flooded 3 times, and I've never been able to get my cabinets fixed. There's mold in my bathroom and roaches everywhere no matter how clean the place is. My last straw with these huge rocks they've placed down now can and will cause serious injury to little kids here as well as have now provided ammunition to be thrown at our cars and apartment windows.

The email Summer Wind Apartments responded to my mom (Jackie Reynolds). Maybe this will remind them, yes she was a tenant. Pics are of her fire at Summer Wind Apartments. They also was charging her renters insurance every month when infact renters insurance did not exist! She lost everything including our dogs! Then they locked the apartment then threw away everything without her permission. Also it took them 6 months to respond to her review(great productivity/management).

Although I've heard a lot of bad things about these apartments I think it depends on what building you are in and how long you live there. I was only there six months and lived in building 16. My neighbors were great, I never had any sort of infestation - never even saw one roach, and nothing broke. Thus I never had any reason to contact the office except to put in my 30 day notice. I would have no trouble moving back.

Great experience. Great staff. My only complaint being, sometimes the vending machine eats your dollar. If you're just considerate of your neighbors, this place is awesome. Affordable, but not trashy. I honestly tell all of my friends looking for a place to live, to move here. Some people aren't happy anywhere, and it's not hard to be happy here. Five stars!

Don't go here.. This place is run down full of roaches and bed bugs and they never fixed anything after multiple request.. The office lady is racist towards white people and is completely unavailable to talk to or work with.. Stay as far away from this place as possible.. Honestly these apartments should be tore down and something else built in their place They want $1250. Month it's complete robbery..
