After finding a custom lot in the Calais development we were able to facilitate the purchase with the help of Colleen Glieden, an agent for NRC. She worked tirelessly helping us get plans through the Hoa and in the design of the house itself. The building process and been about as seamless as possible. The GC Dillon has been fantastic to work with. Any alterations made by us was done without question. If you need a reliable and conscientious builder these are your people. Finished in less than six months to boot. The best GC in Mesquite. After working in construction myself for 40 years I feel confident in saying this house build has more than met my expectations.

My experience working with NRC was quite seamless. Colleen was incredibly helpful and very good with communication on next steps and updates along the way. Colleen also ensured the home was completed when I had hoped, which is not a guarantee with all the variables at play on a new build. The interior designer on the team was also great and informative about the options and didn't try to upsell items outside the standard designs. There were some new requests during the build and NRC accommodated these very well. Working through the punch list post-build with the super Bob has been easy and he has been very responsive.

Right from the start, we were surprised by the professional approach when we walked into the model home in New Horizon. We were greeted by Colleen Glieden. We were not looking to build a new home until Colleen removed the sold sticker on lot 59 and says, “This one is now available!” We looked at the lot and at that time decided it was meant to be ours! We talked about money down to hold it, and she said that would not be necessary. From that point on, Colleen work closely with us on floor plans and the home layout for the lot. With her years of experience in building and selling homes, she suggested so many things to make the floor plan work for us! I researched builders in Mesquite and due to being raised by builders, it was easy to see NRC was beyond any quality of builder available. Here’s the Pros and Cons list PROs- 1. I can’t say enough about our RE agent Shawn Gleiden. His commitment and communication are above all. He made the purchase process very easy, a delight to work with! 2. Richard, project manager was so helpful with any questions I had. And after a full day of managing the construction of the neighborhood, you can still catch him after hours running the street sweeper! 3. This Company schedules and works closely with subcontractors, so they can build with no down time, quickly without sparring quality. They deliver on time! 4. I love my floor plan! Our experience with NRC was quite amazing with their low pressure approach and entertaining marketing. We looked at the different house plans for several months as well as many homes in the Mesquite area. When comparing homes in the area we couldn't find any that really compared to the quality and originality that the NRC homes offered. Colleen and Shawn, along with Melanie (our agent) were extremely easy and enjoyable to work with. Any concerns or questions we had were all answered quickly by one of the agents.
