Was told by locals to not use them because they were crooks and I should have listened. We have 6 years of great rental history and very good jobs which was over their 3 to 1 income ask, just had not so good credit which was told to them but encouraged to pay their application fees anyway. They didn't check our references or our history just did a soft credit check and said no and when asked about a co-signer with good credit never got back to me and was rude on the phone when I did speak with them. They just want application fees not to feel the vacancy, didn't try to work with me at all---I should have listened and saved the $80 that these crooked people just took from me with no interest in ever working with me---DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!!!

Took my grandparents application money without mentioning a credit check, then denied them on that basis, one simple line for a realtor to remember- "what's your credit score?" Would have saved 160 dollars. Avoid at all costs.

Patty forged my electronic signature on a document. She was scatter-brained and forgetful, plus she lied to me twice. I was left frustrated too many times. I did not choose Patty as my realtor. My realtor in Wyoming picked her for me from testimonials that were four to six years old. Patty did not come recommended by anyone who had used her recently. After I arrived in Mesquite, I found out that my realtor in Wyoming received a referral fee.

Christina Silverya has been our agent for the sale of two properties in Mesquite Nevada - one single family home, and one townhome - all within 3 months of each other. Christina is professional, answers all our questions and assisted us more than we could have believed. We live in Calif. so Christina pretty much did everything for us...arranged for some repairs, carpet cleaning, painting, plumbing, new carpet - anything we needed, she had it taken care of for us. We could not have done this without her and without spending time and travel $ back and forth between CA and NV. Have had nothing but the best experience the whole time weve been with ERA. They are great and take care of their tenants! Unless you leave your place totally trashed they will never keep your whole deposit.
