Summer Tree Apartments

Miss Christina helped my fiancé and I get into our first apartment. She was super sweet and responded to all my questions quickly. I highly recommend going to see her!!

I just moved into Summer Trees. The place is nice & clean. Ms.Christina is Amazing she worked hard & made the process of moving smooth. I really appreciate it. Anyone looking for an apartment Summer Trees is the place.

I moved in April of last year and was given a $5 Starbucks gift card to hop on here and give a five-star review. They literally bribe new tenants to give them good reviews. So after moving out, here's my honest review: the very first day I moved in, I noticed roaches crawling on the walls. Upon further inspection I found roach eggs and roach poop behind the outlet fixtures and breaker door. Obviously years of neglect and they hire a company (Knox) that does the bare minimum. In the summer of last year my AC went out. And stayed out for six whole weeks before they did anything about it. My upstairs neighbors had asthma and were literally struggling to breathe because they had no AC. Other than that, high theft area because they refuse to install security cameras, (my child's bike was stolen

Ms.Christina and Ms.Madi are awesome they got me squared away and will be awesome to do more business with them.They are also are very polite and Commutative. I travel a lot and they worked with me to get all the paperwork and signings done and they are extremely professional and some of the nicest people I’ve met. 12/21/2024

I can’t thank Ms. Fuller enough! She showed me the property and everything was more than I expected. The apartments were beautiful and very clean! She let me view a couple different units and she was so accommodating. It was a pleasure to walk the property with her and I’m so excited to move into my new apartment soon! The whole experience was a pleasure.
