Jessica, the apartment manager is very friendly and helpful! Throughout the move process she provided needed information regarding next steps. During my lease signing, she took time to clarify a a few areas in the 45-page lease; however, in the 21st century there should be an electronic option. My 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom apartment has new grey slate flooring (the bedrooms have carpet); 2-walk-in closets; a new refrigerator and new countertops in the kitchen; the bathroom are dated, but sufficient. The community is a CABBAGE PATCH,” but I appreciate the diversity. In passing, SUMMER TREE seems to be a quiet community; however, “curb appeal” is NOT APPEALING, but Summer Tree will likely become Albany’s BEST KEPT SECRET. Keep up the GOOD WORK, Jessica!

Very quiet … nice size apartment.. had a little bump in the road with them getting my account right but it was resolved and everything is okay. Friendly staff and all maintenance requests get taken care of by the next business day for the most part.

Been here 2 years when Charolette was manager it was Great but when the new manager came in it went to hell she. Changes rules as she sees fit she does not follow your lease. It’s also very expensive for what you get. A friend I recommended had an appointment but this manager refuses to show an apartment if it’s raining. My friend is very happy she did not move in here! The maintenance men are very nice but there repairs suck. Before you move in here realize the office charges you for your water. Our rent has been $102000 but the water bill has never been under $120.00 usually more! Roaches, water leaks, half ass repairs. Not a place for a home and they advertise a new dog park. I’ve look haven’t found it yet!!!!

If i could give them 0 stars, I would. I had to buy my own AC for the window because they wouldn't fix my air. They have been through 4 managers in 4 years. They can't keep people. I do not recommend this place. No number for a corporate office to call.

I do not recommend this apartment complex. Their maintenance crew is very slow and not really friendly or helpful. The bathrooms are also outdated and the tubs has a really bad rust stain that won’t come out. The parking lot is also very unorganized and needs to be redone.
