Beautiful Apartment homes. Very spacious, clean, and safe. I highly recommend living here for short or long term! Having an apartment with a garage is a bonus ❣️

I just moved in and highly recommend! Brittany and Kayla in the office were very nice and answered any questions I had. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained and the neighbors are so nice! I also had a very minor maintenance issue that Mr. Charlie dealt with almost immediately after I reported it. Love it here so far! ❤️

My son stayed for 3 mos. for a college internship this summer. We scrambled on short notice to secure housing at the mercy of online reviews and a preferred housing list from his employer. WE SCORED A GREAT EXPEREINCE IN ALBANY!! HE LOVED HIS STAY!! The complex is beautiful, peaceful, clean & safe with a great pool to enjoy. Brittany was very welcoming and well organized in the front office for a smooth check-in. She is the perfect person to welcome in a new resident. The southern hospitality is real!! While getting him settled, we met a few long term residents and they were wonderful. It was reassuring to know our son would be safe so far away from home. He is hoping to return for a second internship in a few months and will definitely seek housing here again. Thank you Summer Lane!

Extremely unprofessional, they treat you like they don't want you there. One worker never showed her face and the other just mumbled and looked confused. They didn't really answer any of my questions just stared and looked at each other...? This was the strangest apartment tour experience I have ever had. It was baffling, but the experience let me know that this wasn't a place I wanted to call home.

While we haven't lived here, I had several conversations with the manager and office staff in (2017). Super nice and helpful. . We decided to move to Marsh Landings on Lake Chehaw for the amazing views, and basically the same price. (Now over 3 years later, Summer 2020) We may give this complex another look since the villas have a garage, We could park the Harley, and bikes in, instead of a storage room 2 miles away. It's gonna be a tough decision giving up the views of the water we currently have, We finally rode through Summer Lane Apartments, It felt really tight and looked more like a project complex. We're glad that we decided to stay at Marsh Landing on Lake Chehaw, Update; 2022 We ended up purchasing a home.
