Summer Creek Apartments

Terrible management unsafe living conditions had black mold under my sink 2mos into living there and had to deal with people in and out while the plumming repair took weeks without running water or a working sink. On top of all that charge me for “dumping trash” when i moved out and kept over a month and half rent from my deposit claiming they never received a 30 day notice to vacate and sending in ine with last months rent a complete nightmare of a living experience.

I have lived in 2 different apartments here and loved it! The grounds were kept up and a very quiet complex. Great location to grocery stores and other shopping areas. Will miss this place, but I am glad I have found a home to call my own now. Keeping this place as one of my favorite complexes ever to have lived at!

We love this community. Probably my favorite apartment I have lived in. The community is quiet and respectful. Staff are always so nice and helpful. We chose this place because it was close to our old one and we had friends living here. Got to love a place where you can watch wild bunnies from your living room, and most of your view is forest/wetlands.

Now Ill start of by saying I was an invited guest so maybe my opinion doesn't matter. We took out our nephew to the pool (Resident). The place is lovely and the anemities are nice. My only problem is sharing the pool. There were others with food, unsupervised children and towels, cups and personal things surrounding the hot tub. Its awkward to use the hottub because they essentially claimed it. Me and my wife waited 2 hours to use it and just left since it seems like they live in the hot tub.There are rules and it would be nice if it was enforced and we could all share.

I lived at Summer Creek Apartments for 7 years. Great location and well maintained. Once Rebecca arrived as the manager issues were addressed quickly and fairly. I loved having a balcony that faced the wetlands! The only negative was my downstairs neighbors who harassed me from Day 1 and the manager at that time did nothing. Rebecca handled the problem as soon as she was aware of it.
